Terms of Service

Welcome to Page2Shop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services that power hosted storefronts for Facebook page sellers.

1. Service Scope

Page2Shop provides store hosting, pre-selected themes, and an admin panel to upload products and manage orders. You are responsible for product accuracy, lawful use, and compliance with applicable regulations.

2. Account & Access

We issue admin credentials after onboarding via WhatsApp. Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pricing & Billing

• Free Trial: 1 month, up to 5 products and 50 orders.
• Standard: ৳2,500/month, up to 100 products and 500 orders.
• Premium: ৳5,000+/month, super-fast site, premium look, custom features, unlimited products. After 1,000 orders/month, ৳5 per additional order.

Fees are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise agreed. We may change pricing with prior notice.

4. Content & Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or sell illegal, harmful, counterfeit, or infringing goods; or use the service for fraud, spam, or abuse. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Integrations

Supported integrations include Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and local/global payments as configured. You are responsible for compliance with each provider's terms.

6. Availability & Changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may update features, themes, or technical requirements from time to time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page2Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for violations or non-payment. You may cancel at any time; service will continue until the end of the paid period.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
